Cadre Healthcare Office

The office’s goal is to implement the Cadre health care policy of Shaanxi Health Committee and spare no effort to improve the level of cadre healthcare in our hospital. We are mainly responsible for the liaison and coordination on hospital-visit, examination, hospitalization and so on between hospital and Provincial Health Bureau and other provincial offices, to ensure the green channel for outpatients. Physical examinations and feedback of provincial hall-level cadres are held and sent annually. We need to implement healthcare works for the central leaders, International friends and major conference in Shaanxi Province and strengthen management and service consciousness of medical service. We are in charge of gathering joint consultation for difficult and critical health problems over the whole hospital city. Following up patient's condition, including their hospitalization and physical changes, we shall report them to the Provincial Health Bureau in time. Also, it’s our duty to organize political and professional studies, to improve political consciousness and professional skills of healthcare providers, and collect opinions and suggestions from healthcare recipients, discovering problems and solve them in time.

Special Consulting room was set, which is mainly responsible for:

Consulting preparation, facility and equipment supplementation, warm welcome, patient recipient. The convenience of patients is the priority of our work. Assist doctors to take care of patients and keep the consulting room clean, quiet, with good air circulation, and maintain waiting order. We should observe the changes of the waiting patient’s closely, and arrange the heavier patients first. Assist patients in need of hospitalization. Coordinate for patients whose examination needs special equipment. We will help patients who have difficulties in going to the hospital. Register the number of visiting patients every day and file inpatient’s condition in detail. It is necessary to do a good job in informing instructions hospital system and in health promotion. We must carefully implement all regulations and operational routines, to check strictly, preventing any accident.
