Has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years since 1994. Specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of critical, difficult and complex renal diseases, especially IgA nephropathy and membranous nephropathy, and had unique knowledge in the treatment of severe neonatal blood purification. From 2014 to 2021, won the honorable titles of Excellent Middle-level Department, Excellent Party Branch Secretary, school-level Excellent Party Member and so on for 7 consecutive times.

In 2015, took the lead in establishing a renal critical ward in Shaanxi Province, to treat acute and critical patients with a variety of new technologies, the ward has become one of the regional medical centers. In 2017, proposed subdivision of clinical subspecialties to encourage young people to strive toward the goal of excellence and specialization. Trained several leaders of sub-professional groups, established 5 sub-professional groups, filled varieties of gaps in clinical and scientific research, made plenty of breakthroughs, and achieved a win-win situation of department development and personal progress through the export and introduction in just 3 years.

Presided over 4 national Natural Science Foundation projects, 4 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, 3 new hospital technologies and new therapies. Published 5 monographs, obtained 4 national utility model patents, and published more than 60 SCI papers. Cultivated 27 doctoral and master students.

Visited famous university hospitals abroad for 3 times, and led the team to obtain dozens of national and provincial scientific research projects funding for the research on the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease and fibrosis. And established close relations with Podocyte Laboratory and Polycystic Kidney Laboratory of Yale University, Singapore Central Hospital, Australia Monash University Nephrology Center, Peking University First Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University in Guangdong province and other well-known university hospitals at home and abroad.
